Design and Construction of Beijing Shuangan New Town High and low voltage Power Distribution Project The scope of construction includes but is not limited to:

1. Outer line: Outer line cable access project - from the new outgoing line of Tantun Substation to the incoming line cabinet of the outdoor opening and closing station of Shuangan New City project, including all related projects such as cable trench digging and filling, cable inspection well, cable protection tube and cable laying construction, related cable inspection, and distribution box;

2. Electrical room: From the outdoor opening and closing station to each individual outdoor box change, including the opening and closing station high voltage cabinet out, each box change inside high voltage equipment, low voltage equipment, transformer, bridge, bus trough and contact cable installation, including grounding installation, electrical cabinet Lashing installation, lighting facilities;

3. Low-voltage outlet part: the outlet line from the outdoor box to the commercial general electric meter box and each unit π connection room is then divided into each unit distribution room, including the bridge installation from the π connection box to the distribution room, the cable laying of each loop, and the matching facilities and other installation tools and tools that meet the requirements of safety, key and ring in each distribution room.

4. Household meter box part: the high-rise distribution room is wired to the high-rise user meter box, and the unconstructed part is installed, including bridge installation, cable laying, meter box procurement and installation;

Power commissioning: power transformer system commissioning, high and low voltage transmission and distribution commissioning, high and low voltage grounding devices and ground network commissioning, cable insulation and leakage testing, distribution room central signal device, emergency lighting switching device, uninterruptible power supply commissioning.
